SOFT POWER LEADERSHIP COACHING

Find your own way to lead.

Leadership can make us believe we need to become more assertive, more polished, more certain… more like the leaders we’ve learned to recognise.
But some of your greatest sources of power may already be there. They just haven’t always been recognised as leadership.

You already carry more power than you think.

Soft Power Leadership Coaching is about uncovering the strengths, instincts and ways of being that already exist within you, and understanding how they can become part of the way you lead.
This isn’t about creating a different version of you.
It’s about recognising what is already there, understanding your relationship with power, and learning how to use it intentionally.

Maybe you’re navigating…

Stepping into leadership

You’re taking on more responsibility and questioning what kind of leader you want to be.

Finding your voice

You know what you think, but sometimes struggle to take up space, challenge or advocate for yourself.

A crossroads

Something about your career or leadership no longer feels quite right.

You need to create movement with people you don’t manage.

Influence without authority

A difficult dynamic

A stakeholder, boss, team or organisational situation is making you question how to respond.

Leading as yourself

You’re tired of trying to emulate somebody else’s version of confidence, authority or executive presence.

About Vida

Vida Asrina Dhulst, author of The Soft Power Manual, smiling while seated on a leather sofa, wearing a green velvet blazer in front of a brick wall.

I’m Vida Asrina Dhulst, author of The Soft Power Manual and a design, experience and transformation leader.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built teams, developed leaders and navigated change across consulting and large organisations.

Much of what I know about leadership didn’t come from textbooks. It came from practising it — influencing without always having authority, navigating difficult conversations, leading through ambiguity, getting things wrong, learning, and discovering that becoming more senior didn’t require becoming harder.

Those experiences became The Soft Power Manual.

Coaching is another way of putting that philosophy into practice.

There isn’t one way to lead.
